While our products are built for long term operation, periodic servicing or adjustments may be required over time to maintain optimal functionality.

To support uninterrupted operation and predictable ownership costs, Safex Instruments Limited offers an Extended Warranty and an Optional Service Contract, providing enhanced protection directly from the manufacturer. From the first day of coverage, your equipment benefits from professional manufacturer backed support, helping to minimize downtime and reduce overall cost of ownership.

Extended Warranty Coverage

In addition to the standard manufacturer warranty, Safex Instruments Limited offers an Extended Warranty option that allows customers to extend coverage beyond the standard warranty period.

• Extended warranty options are available for 24 months or 36 months, subject to customer selection.
• Coverage applies beyond the standard statutory or contractual warranty period.
• The extended warranty provides continued protection against defects in materials, design, and workmanship under normal and intended use conditions.

This option ensures long term protection and peace of mind for mission critical operations.

Service Contract (Optional)

Alongside the extended warranty, Safex Instruments Limited offers a Service Contract designed to further reduce operational downtime and maintenance uncertainty.

       Key benefits include:

• Priority service handling, with a target repair turnaround time of 10 working days, compared to standard service timelines.
• Coverage of service related costs associated with normal wear and tear.
• Inclusion of labor, repair, and replacement of spare parts required to restore the device to operational condition.

Exclusions:
The service contract does not cover consumable or accessory items such as batteries, memory cards, external accessories, or items not integral to the core device functionality.

Ordering & Eligibility

• Extended warranty and service contract options may be ordered as separate line items at the time of initial product purchase.
• Alternatively, these options may be added within 45 days from the date of shipment of the device.
• Subject to availability, service contracts may also be purchased separately at a later stage through authorized Safex Instruments Limited sales channels.

All extended warranty and service contract offerings are subject to Safex Instruments Limited terms and conditions in force at the time of order confirmation.

Important Note :

Extended warranty and service contract coverage applies only to devices that:

• Have not been modified, misused, or serviced by unauthorized parties.
• Are operated in accordance with the applicable operating manual, safety instructions, and certified hazardous area classifications.
• All warranty extension and service contract claims are subject to technical evaluation and final determination by Safex Instruments Limited. Safex Instruments Limited reserves the exclusive right to assess, approve, repair, replace, or reject any claim based on its technical findings. No customer, distributor, or third party shall have the right to demand a specific remedy, replacement, refund, or service outcome.
• All extended warranty and service contract claims shall be reviewed and processed based on Safex Instruments Limited’s technical assessment. The method of resolution, including repair, replacement, or rejection, shall be determined solely by Safex Instruments Limited.
